- Neighbourhood Watch: Focuses on observation and reporting suspicious activities to local law enforcement and works hand in hand with their security company to alert them of any problem areas.

- Neighbourhood Watch: Relies on personal vigilance and communication, with limited response capabilities.
While Neighbourhood Watch groups play a vital role in community safety through vigilance and reporting, they do not provide all the regulated security services that a registered armed response company offers.
