1. Competition Period

The competition is valid from 31 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (“Competition Period”).
No entries received after the closing date will be considered.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open only to:

• New Fidelity SecureDrive customers who sign up during the Competition Period; and
• Customers who purchase either:
  • a 36-month contract for Fidelity SecureDrive vehicle tracking and/or dashcam products; or
  • an upfront purchase of Fidelity SecureDrive vehicle tracking and/or dashcam solutions.

The following persons are NOT eligible to enter:

• Existing Fidelity SecureDrive customers;
• Any employee of Fidelity Services Group;
• Any employee of SSG;
• Any direct family member of an employee of Fidelity Services Group or SSG.

For the purpose of this promotion, “direct family member” includes a spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or any person living in the same household as the employee.

3. Existing Customers Excluded

This promotion is strictly for new sign-ups only.

• Existing Fidelity SecureDrive customers remain bound by their current contractual obligations in terms of their existing agreement.
• Existing customers may not cancel an existing agreement and re-sign in order to qualify for this promotional offer.
• Any attempt to do so will render the entry invalid.

4. How to Enter

To be automatically entered into the competition, an eligible customer must, during the Competition Period:

• Sign up as a new Fidelity SecureDrive customer; and
• Purchase either:
  • a 36-month vehicle tracking and/or dashcam contract, or
  • an upfront vehicle tracking and/or dashcam solution.

Eligible customers will automatically be entered into the prize draw once their agreement has been approved and the sale has been successfully concluded in accordance with Fidelity SecureDrive’s standard onboarding and installation requirements.

5. Prize Details

Eligible entrants will stand a chance to win one of two prize opportunities:

1. Two (2) tickets to the South Africa vs All Blacks rugby match taking place on 22 August 2026; or
2. Two (2) tickets to the Lions vs All Blacks rugby match taking place on 25 August 2026.
   .

Fidelity SecureDrive reserves the right to determine which winner receives which prize, at its sole discretion or by random draw.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid and eligible entries.
• The winner(s) will be contacted during the first week of August 2026 using the contact details provided at the time of sign-up.
• Contact will be made primarily by telephone.
• If a winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts or fails to respond within the time communicated, Fidelity SecureDrive reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• Each prize consists of two (2) match tickets only.
• The prize does not include transport, accommodation, meals, spending money, parking, or any other costs.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific match dates listed below:
  • 22 August 2026 for South Africa vs All Blacks
  • 25 August 2026 for Lions vs All Blacks
• Tickets may not be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts, or any alternative product or service.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• If a match is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, or altered for any reason, Fidelity SecureDrive will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience and reserves the right to amend the prize at its discretion.

8. General Conditions

• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• All standard Fidelity SecureDrive product and service terms and conditions continue to apply to the underlying product or service purchased.
• Fidelity SecureDrive reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may request supporting documentation where necessary.
• Fidelity SecureDrive reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
  • does not meet the eligibility requirements;
  • provides false or misleading information;
  • attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition process; or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Fidelity SecureDrive shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

By entering the competition, entrants consent to Fidelity SecureDrive processing their personal information for the purposes of:

• administering the competition;
• contacting winners; and
• verifying eligibility.

All personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) where applicable.

11. Right to Amend or Cancel

Fidelity SecureDrive reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, where necessary, due to operational requirements, legal reasons, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
